I plan to run in the Twin Cities 10mile three weeks after I race at Ironman Wisconsin.  This time I am running to raise money to support Children's Minnesota.  

I have been training for Ironman Wisconsin for the last 2 years.  But we don't give up on dreams because they take a long time, time passes anyway.  We set these goals that are both exciting and a bit frightening at the same time.  Then we know that those goals are worth chasing.  So this time the goal is not just finishing the race, but fundraising to make sure every child receives care, regardless of their ability to pay.  This goal will take time, but we will not stop just because the goal is hard, together we will make a difference.
