We selected Children's Minnesota as the beneficiary for your donation because of the world-class care they provide to kids in need and to honor Jay's late father Eddie; a fervent and committed supporter of Children's who also served as Chariman of the Board of Directors.

In 2009, the Edward J. Phillips Cardiovascular Care Center (CVCC) was opened, offering revolutionary cardiac services to patients. Today, it remains a consistently top-ranked facility and the region’s preeminent destination for pediatric cardiac care and heart surgery. A single floor houses a cardiovascular operating room, a hybrid cardiovascular operating room, a cardiac catheterization lab, and private, family-centered patient rooms allowing families the space they need during extremely difficult times. We are so grateful to the physicians, nurses, administrators, maintenance staff and volunteers who continue to bring hope to families both in Minnesota and beyond within this cherished space.
