Right now, thousands of kids and teens in the Twin Cities feel like there’s no hope.
Anxiety, depression, loneliness, and other mental health struggles make it difficult or impossible for young people to navigate school, jobs, relationships … and even everyday tasks.
But these struggles don’t just impact individuals. They impact the wellbeing and strength of our entire community.
And you can help do something about it.
This winter, Sound Mind Project (a local community choir) is seeking to raise $10,000 for the mental health program at Children’s Minnesota.
At Children's Minnesota, providers use a whole-child, family-centered approach to care, giving kids the support and care they need to thrive. In certain areas, kids also have access to evidence-based disciplines like Music Therapy, Child Life, Art Therapy, Recreational Therapy, and even a Medical Dog.
Your donation directly supports this work.
When the children in our community are cared for, we all benefit.
Thank you for your support!
Sound Mind Project is a local community choir founded in 2022 dedicated to raising awareness and support for youth mental health in our community. To find out more about the mission, joining the choir, and upcoming concerts, visit smpchoir.com.
