I'm a Registered Nurse on the Cancer and Blood Disorders unit at Children’s Minnesota. Every shift, I care for children and families facing cancer, and I see firsthand how their lives change in an instant. I am alongside them as they spend days, weeks, and sometimes even months in the hospital, unable to work, split between spending time in the hospital and spending time with other children at home, and facing realities they never imagined they would face - I see how hard they fight and I want to fight with them!
