In October I'll be running the Twin Cities 10 Mile to raise money for Children's Minnesota. I am running in honor of a child cancer fighter and her family from my neighborhood. They have never asked for anything, so I am doing this to support those organizations that contribute science to battling cancers. 

Little Miss A was only one when her cancer was detected, and it took 9 months, surgery, a specialized treatment plan and three stem cell transplants to treat the disease. She is now almost three, in remission, and starting her own running career chasing her brothers around the block!

My goal is to raise $500 before race day. If you're able to give, whether that's $10 for the miles or anything at all, thank you. Your support funds the research that gives kids like Little Miss A more miles in her own shoes!
