Hello!

I will be running the 2024 Grandma's Marathon in support of Children's Hospital Minnesota. 

About 17 years ago I spent about a month and a half inpatient at Children's Hospital, including some time in the ICU. Even after all these years, that experience has left a lasting impact on my life. When I was in high school, I knew I wanted to give back to Children's Hospital somehow, and I began volunteering. I volunteered every week for about three years. In college, I began working part-time in the Family Services Department, where I continue to work part-time, along with working full-time at Hennepin County Family Court, and have plans to continue my education and pursue my Masters of Nursing.

I have a strong passion to give back to the hospital that saved my life. Children's Hospital has always felt like a home, even in the hardest of times. 

Please help me support Children's Hospital and the many lives -- of both children and families -- that they impact! It would mean so much to me if you would help me give back to a place that has given me so much.
