I work as a laboratory research associate - representing the small (but mighty!) research department based in the central lab at Children's Minnesota. The support and advocacy of clinical research is paramount to the breakthrough medications and treatments that come from the many brilliant and compassionate clinicians in the field. Supporting Children's as both an institution that administers patient care at the most fundamental level, and also as a place of mutual desire to learn and further improve our care in every aspect is why I decided to run for Children's in the Medtronic TC Marathon!
