I worked for 12+ years in patient/family services at Children's Minnesota, Minneapolis. I witnessed the most brave kids face their greatest challenges with positivity and resilience. I was blessed with a role where I interacted with patients and families daily, addressing their needs and connecting them to the support solutions within Children's. This time and these interactions inspired me. I knew I had an opportunity to do more than work for them, so I started fundraising to support the teams and the facility that provided the clinical care they needed. Being a part of Team Superstars is a continuation of my work, and an amplification of my passion to serve those in need. I am grateful for the time I had to be a part of patient/family experience at Children's Minnesota, and I look forward to continuing to support them as my fundraising efforts grow!
